Mike Johnson​

Operations Manager
Mike brings a unique blend of experience, commitment, and passion to his role. With 10 years of driving experience and a transition to the commercial side in 2017,  he has a solid understanding of the industry and the demands it entails.

In my personal life, I am a proud husband and father, finding fulfillment in my family life and the joys of parenthood. I am driven by the desire to be part of a successful team, both at work and in my personal endeavors. This drive for success and collaboration extends to my role as the Operations Manager, where I am focused on leading a team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.

Outside of work, I have a diverse set of interests that keep me active and engaged. I enjoy fishing, golfing, and playing hockey in my free time, finding relaxation and enjoyment in these activities. These hobbies not only provide me with a sense of balance and well-being but also help me bring a fresh perspective and energy to my work as a supervisor.

Dang Vue

Dan Mish

Rochester Supervisor
As a seasoned supervisor at Blue Ox Transportation’s Rochester terminal, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my role. With 22 years of driving experience, including owning my own truck for 7 years, I have a deep understanding of the transportation industry and a strong foundation in vehicle maintenance.

In addition to my driving experience, I have spent 30 years working on semi trucks and trailers as a mechanic, further enhancing my knowledge of the equipment and operations essential to the industry. This diverse background allows me to approach my role as a supervisor with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities present in the transportation field.

Outside of work, I am a family man, having raised six children with my spouse. Family values are at the core of who I am, and I strive to bring that same sense of care and dedication to my team at Blue Ox Transportation. In my free time, I enjoy fishing year-round, finding relaxation and joy in the great outdoors.

As a supervisor, I am committed to leading by example, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the success and growth of my team members. With a focus on communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, I aim to drive excellence and achieve results at Blue Ox Transportation.

Zane Pepel

Overnight Supervisor MPLS
As a supervisor at Blue Ox Transportation, I bring with me seven years of valuable experience driving tractor trailer combinations during my time in the army. As a platoon sergeant, I successfully led and managed a team of 30 soldiers, demonstrating my strong leadership skills and ability to effectively coordinate and motivate others.
 
In my personal life, I am a dedicated husband and father, finding joy in spending quality time with my wife and daughter. Outside of work, I have a passion for hunting, which allows me to unwind and connect with nature.
 
I am committed to leveraging my military background and leadership experience to drive success at Blue Ox Transportation, ensuring that my team operates efficiently and effectively to achieve our goals. With a focus on communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, I strive to create a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
